Everyone needs a holiday! So when you plan to travel, your dog can take a holiday too.

What's it all about?

1:  Firstly, we asked that you complete a booking form, detailing your dog's preferences, dates and preferred location. We will then contact you and discuss your requirements.

2: When you make a booking, we obtain extensive details about your pet/s. We request a deposit and then match your needs and requirements with a suitable minder. Due to the individuality of the process, this may take a little time to ensure we locate the best match for you.

3: Pet Paws will then arrange a suitable time for both parties to meet at the carer's home with the dog, prior to the booked arrival date. If you are not satisfied with any part of the arrangement, please contact us as soon as possible; we respect your right to decline any carer at this stage.

4: If you accept the booking, we arrange, at a mutually agreed time, that you take your dog to the carers' home. A suitable time to pick up your pet is also agreed at this stage.

5: Pet Paws Australia wishes you well on your travels. A 24-hour emergency line is supplied should you need to contact us while you are away.

6: Welcome Home! Upon return, you may collect your dog at the specified time. If you desire, we will do our best to return your dog to the same carer when you next travel.
