Congratulations and welcome to Pet Paws Australia, we are delighted you have agreed to mind a pet from time to time. As a valued minder at Pet Paws, we aim for perfect compatibility with pets, owners and carers.

Heres how it works:

1: Firstly, we ask that you complete the questionnaire below, detailing your preferences for pet minding. We will then arrange a time to meet for a personal interview and property inspection.

2: When an owner makes a booking, we obtain extensive details about their pet/s. We then match their needs and requirements with a suitable carer. If this is you, we will contact you to check your availability. If you agree we contact the owner with your details.

3: Pet Paws will then arrange a suitable time for both parties to meet at the carer's home with the dog, prior to the booked arrival date. If you are not satisfied with any part of the arrangement, please contact us as soon as possible; we respect your right to decline any booking at this stage.

4: If you accept the booking, we arrange, at a mutually agreed time, that the owner take the pet to your home. A suitable time to pick up your pet is also agreed at this stage. The owner will supply all food, bedding, toys and any medication.

5: Pet Paws will contact the carer during your pet's stay to ensure all is running smoothly. Owners may request to either e-mail, text or telephone you for reassurance that all is well.

6: Upon return, the owner picks up their pet at the specified time. At the end of the month a thank you cheque from Pet Paws Australia will be sent.
